I have a node that has a ststus of down however it is not showing up in Nodes With Problems?

I have tried to rediscover the node and tried "poll now" but still it does not appear in my Nodes With Problems page. This is a problem as I need to be sure of consistency in this Nodes With Problems view, this is bread and butter stuff. I had a problem recently where my top 10 errors and discards page was not updating itself properly. To fix this I had to clear counters on the offending boxes then when I rediscovered those interfaces they disappeared from my errors and discards box.

This fix however is not working for me on my Nodes with problems page even after a rediscovery. I am worried about un-managing and then re-managing the node because it's status is down. Anyone encountered this before?

Don't understand what this means "Would check to see if there is a filter on the resource, or view limitation applied" is there somewhere in the admin guide I could look regarding this? Thanks

If you are looking at the customize page (pressing edit in the box where the nodes with problems is) there are options to "Filter Nodes (SQL)" and setup a query to display specific devices that might be where one filter is setup
