Does anyone know how I might be able to edit the links for the Help buttons that appear on the summaryview.aspx page?
Are you only trying to change the help links for the summaryview.aspx? I am unaware of a way to modify a single page's help links. And, if there is, I am sure that those changes would be overwritten during an upgrade or rerunning the config wizard.
If you want to redirect all your help links, you can use the Help Server option in the Admin section of the Web Console to redirect your links to an entirely different web server (Admin>Web Console Settings, then look for the Help Server field). Should you decide to do so, you can download the help set from www.solarwinds.com/.../OrionLocalHelp.zip. There are instructions included in the zip on where to place the files.

Hello, the location is still the same, only the zip package is being updated from time to time.
