Interface current traffic displaying diffrent value from what SNMP polling gives.

I have an ATM interface on a Cisco 7206 that Orion appears to be giving the wrong value for current transmitted traffic. Using the SNMP real time graph I show 9 million octets per second for ifOutOctets this equals 72Mbps. however Orion displays 6.2Mbps for the same time interval. Any Ideas?
