Multiple Object Chart

To start off I like this chart as you can get a quick shot of historical information on say an interface utilization. My challenge is it appears to only work on a Node detail view. I would like to have a custom view for say a West Coast datacenter which only has nodes and interfaces for that datacenter. I can do this today with the filters, but it does not appear to work with this type of chart. My goal would be to use this chart on a summary view for items such as Interface percent utilization and list the top 10 over 7 days. This would be a great way to show up coming pain points without having to lower alarming to find them or to open hundreds of interfaces/nodes to find all the utilization amounts.

Any ideas?

Hi Ben,

not sure if this can be done automatically for VIM objects like DataCenters, because filters does work only for Nodes and Interfaces, but as solution or workaround you can assign special custom property to the interfaces you wan't to monitor this way. Than you can add to your Custom view the resource Top XX interfaces and filter it like Datacenter = 'WestCoast' . Than when creating MOCR you can simply group the interfaces by this Custom property and add into the MOCR by two clicks.

There is also possible to create your own Custom Query resource when no predefined resource doesn't suit your requirements.
