any tutorial for eoc 1.1? documentation is not enough...
Is there a specific question that you have or a "how to"?
Sorry to jump in.
For me the documentation lacks on understanding how the databases work with each other.
I'm trying to find out how my sites will interact with EOC installed at the central site.
If i have 16xsites with 16xnetperfmon databases and EOC installed at the main site.
Does that mean that the EOC database will now include all 16 databases?
If a user makes updates to it's own instance of netperfmon will the EOC database get updated?
Also can the EOC server handle it's own netperfmon database on top of the EOC database?
Can the EOC also deal with the NCM module too?
Any documentation/advice on Hot standby EOC?
Thanks
Sam

No. The database requirements for Orion EOC are more modest than those for Orion NPM. Orion EOC doesn't store any long-term data in the Orion EOC database. As far as I know, it only uses the database to store the Orion EOC settings, a snapshot of the recent Orion NPM server data, and the Network Atlas maps.
Eventually, when Orion EOC polls the Orion NPM server at the scheduled time, the changes will appear in Orion EOC.
If you have a modern computer as the Orion EOC server, it probably can.
Again, this depends on the hardware specification of your server, and I cannot give you a definite answer.
The current solution is to run two Orion EOC servers with separate databases, so that you have a backup EOC server if the other fails.
