I recently added a Cisco 2821 router to monitor. The router is up, and all the nodes are up, but for some reason the node is listed as down. In the web interface under the response time and packet loss the gage is at 100% for packet loss. To the left of the gage it's says unsupported or unknown value. Any ideas of what may be causing this? The router is working properly. I'm also having the same issue with Expands Accelerator 4820. I'm accessing both through a firewall. Could that have anything to do with it? Thanks for any help in advance.
