Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
Reports via web page
dhutchings
Hi there - I've just upgraded to Orion v7, and have added my first report, an uptime report, to the Overview page.
Unfortunately, when I click on the report to sort by uptime percentage, I get the following error:
"You do not have access to any Reports at this time.
Please contact the Network Performance Monitor System Administrator to enabled access your to Reports."
Now, I'm logged in as the admin account - I'm not sure how much more permission I need, nor where to set said permissions. If someone could help me, that would be great.

Check out if the directory for the report location is set in a right manner. I ran in the same issue when activating reports for a user the first time, but forgot to select the report directory in the account settings of this user, here's the way from the website:
admin
account manager
<select account>
edit
< last topic at the bottom of the page "Reports" >
<Report folder> select the folder ( after creating it and copy whatever you want there )
this should work,
take care

Thanks very much - that worked like a charm!
