Solarwinds HA - snmp get-requests

Just wondering when running Solarwinds with high availability which IP address does the SNMP get-request come from? Is it the local IP or the virtual IP?

We currently have our security policies to allow snmp get-requests from a certain IP, which we are looking at moving to the virtual IP address.

Example

Solarwinds-HA-Server1 - 10.1.1.2 (Current active server, so answers both .2 and .4)

Solarwinds-HA-Server2 - 10.1.1.3 (Current standby server)

Solarwinds-HA-VIP - 10.1.1.4

All of the above.   The way Windows handles interfaces with multiple ip addresses is to convert all the source ips and destination gateways to binary and then compare them to see which has the most bits in common and then pick that as the source.  There's a post by aLTeReGo i believe where they explain how to specify the source ip you want, but every time there is a fail over then the process needs to be run again,  so it's just kind of a pain.
