Map does not display objects or background after upgrade 8.1 to 8.5.1 SP3

After upgrading from NPM 8.1 to 8.5.1 SP3, my map only displays the labels. No objects or background show up.  The maps look fine in MapMaker itself, just not when published.  Any help on a fix would be greatly appreciated.

Two suggestions to try-

One would be to change the DEP
settings.

Right-click on My Computer and
select properties

Click on Advanced

Click the Settings button in the performance section

Click on the Data Execution Prevention tab

Set to Turn on DEP for Essential Windows programs and service only



You will now need to reboot the server and then re-run the Configuration Wizard
from



Start->All Programs->SolarWinds
Network Performance Monitor->Confiuration Wizard making sure to run through
all steps.

also this behavior sometimes is
caused when the SOLARWINDS_WEBSITE account does not have enough rights to
access the necessary files. Try these steps:



1. Add SOLARWINDS_WEBSITE to the Administrator's group.

2. Open the Orion Service MGR tool.

3. Restart the Orion NetPerfMon website.

4. Unload the SolarWinds Orion NPM
Com + application.

5. Open the Orion website.
