Hardware critical error question

I have taken over solarwinds and trying to learn as much as I can about this program. In my ventures of going through our system I came across this critical error message and I can not find anything as to what it means, I was hoping to get more info on what this error means.

I am getting a critical error message for a powersupply, that happened a few days ago but I am not sure what the status of "OffEnvPower" means. Any help would be much appreciated.

offEnvPower(5)—Turns the FRU ipower off because of a power problem. For example, the FRU power translation (DC-DC converter) or distribution failed.

One thing to keep in mind is some hardware and hardware manufacturers don't care about Solarwinds. What I mean by this is -- we have some switches with 3 fans and 1 of the fans is always off. It is off because it only turns on if tempature reaches a certain point or basically the switch realizes one broke..whatever. Solarwinds sees it as 'down' all the time though. If you come across a case like this I would suggest going to manage hardware sensors and turning off the alert for that particular component. Before you do that though I'd check out your hardware. Solarwinds is usually accurate if it says redundant power supplies aren't plugged in, etc.
