Alert Email - Could not find report in DB

Question

None of my alerts are currently working in SW.  Was working last week but recently stopped and I am seeing the following error

"send an Email/Page (Alert: Node esxi-pcgportal.net is Down)" action has failed Could not find in DB {0}

I have not changed any settings.  When I do a test email on the SMTP server it is successful.  I logged into the SW server and ran SWEmailNotify and had a successful test.

Any recommendations?

I would stop all services and run this in DB MGR -

delete from dbo.PendingNotifications

delete from dbo.SubscriptionTags

delete from dbo.Subscriptions

delete from dbo.ContainerMemberSnapshots

delete from dbo.LimitationSnapshots

Truncate Table [dbo].[ContainerMemberSnapshots]

I did that and still getting that error.

I would try and restart all services.
