Custom Poller info in maps

I have read the posts on the forums regarding adding Custom Poller information into the maps but can't make anything work short of the default (such as ${Caption}, etc.)

What I am trying to do is add some information collected by our UPS Custom Poller such as BatteryCapacity, Load, etc.

This is a sample of what I have put into the device label on the map but all I get is the caption:
${Caption}
${BatteryCapacity}

Any ideas?? (I verifed that it is in fact collecting data.....)

Interesting... according to tech support custom pollers can't be added to the map labels yet I see a lot of postings regarding this.

Am I missing something????

That is correct, at least this is not a supported request. Using the Basic Alert Variables should work, so you can get details such as ${IP}, ${NodeID}, ${CPULoad}

This has been previously requested here so this might change in the future.
