I'm at the latest version of NPM and SAM 12.0.1 and 6.3. I'm looking for a monitor and a report to show me information about a directory where our users store their work related information. However, they do store music and personal pictures which we are trying to curb. I have over 300+ users and also ex-users who's folders get left behind (every sys admins nightmare). I would like to be able to have a report on those folders and what's in those folders if possible based on file extension. Is there a monitor and template that gets that granular? So I have \\share\personal\"USERID"...... I would like to scan on the parent directory of "personal" on down thru each users folders looking for either .mp3 or .jpg and then have a report give me the results on the users directory and a count of the files. I don't know if there is a pre-built template or report for such a thing?
