Menu Bars Error: Cannot Add or Edit Menu Bars (9.5 SP3 and SP4)

Hi, NPM is returning an error anytime I try to edit or create a Menu Bar.  I'm running NPM 9.5 SP4.   I had this exact same problem with SP3, upgraded to SP4, no change.  I cannot add or edit any Menu Bar.   I rebooted the NPM server, makes no difference.  The error NPM reports is the following:

Thanks bshopp.  I opened a case with support.  Turns out the Menu table had an extra column in it that was not put there by Orion, though I do not know how it got there nor who or what upgrade put it in there.  The column was named "rowguid" and it had dependencies.   David from Solarwinds support expertly analyzed and troubleshot the problem via webex-type meeting, now I can add/edit Menu bars again.  

I guess one resulting question I have is whether the NPM/Orion developers have a script to check the "sanity" or "correctness" of my database, to include checking for columns that are in excess or are not supposed to be in there, as well as any that are missing.    This would alert me of other columns or fields that are not supposed to be in my database (and prevent future incidents).   Does such a script exist?
