Cannot Export Average Response Time & Packet Loss Chart. Why?

I tried to export the Average Response Time & Packet Loss Chart to xls and got the attached error message. Then I tried to export the chart to html and got the attached blank screen. Can this chart be exported? Is so, what am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

are you facing same error when using ip-address instead of server name in URL? I see from from screenshot you are using http://behrbackup/ what is result when used ip address of behrbackup server?

After putting in the IP address both the xls and html exports worked. What is causing the mix up?

When you're exporting data NPM server needs internally contact website service. During this communication is required hostname to IP address translation. In your situation it means on Orion server is trying to translate "behrbackup" to IP. Orion is then using this IP address for communication, but in some unpredictable states (firewall rules, proxy, NAT, edits in hosts file,...) can this communication fail. Please click on "SAVE ERROR REPORT LOCALLY" and provide me this log to confirm this hypothesis.

You can also run "ping behrbackup" on your Orion to verify that hostname is correctly translated to IP.

I had a similar problem when trying to access the web interface from the local machine. I had to enter the IP address in the URL. What I am wondering, is how do I correct this? DNS entry?
