NPM 12.0: Can't Edit Custom HTML Resource

Just finished the upgrade to NPM 12.0 and everything looks good, but the scaling in our NOC is different now. No problem, I'll just go mess with the NOC and fix it right? Well, apparently I can't edit the Custom HTML resource anymore. It's there in the NOC view, but there's no longer an "Edit" button. I feel like I'm going crazy, but it's just not there! Maybe I'm just missing it, as it has been awhile since I've played with it. Any ideas?

Figured out the answer to this. You have to be viewing the page using the "Preview" button in the "Customize NOC View" Page. This seems different than what I remember doing before the NPM 12 update, but perhaps I just decided to be a user for a awhile. At any rate, it works!

Seems to be working for me can you add a new custom HTML and see if the edit appears.

Added a new custom HTML to that view, and created a new view with the same results. I'm signed in as an admin with no restrictions. I even tried signing in as the "Admin" account and creating a new view. I click on the "Help" button and it takes me to an article that tells me to click "Edit". I'm starting to think it's not user-error, which is a big leap for me.

Something else I've noticed, the Top 10 Wireless AP's by Clients Count element no longer works. If I navigate to the "Wireless" portion of my network it displays all the AP's and client counts, but this element won't work.

Can you please try to rebuild your website to see if this fixes your issues?

This is a fresh installation on a new server that I migrated to, but I'll give it a try later today. I've sent an email to the engineer that helped me with the migration as well, so the support ticket should be reopened soon.

Ok, I've rebuilt the website and those two elements are still useless. What's weird is that I have another NOC view that's working fine, but the "Custom HTML" title had been renamed and the Top 10 list is by traffic rather than client count. The edit does show up on that element, but not on any new ones I add, or the one in my current NOC view.

I've got a ticket open now, so i'll update once we've dug into it a little more.
