Event Filtering for Neighbor change events

I am creating a view for our op's team and they have requested the event log only display (BGP) neighbor down/up events. I have not found a way to do it. I don't want it to affect the revent log the rest of us see anyone else figure this out?

Thanks for the link, however is there a trick for making the resources show up so i can add them to my view i saw some other folks had issues with it as well
