Aruba 3600 not reporting client names

I have just added an Aruba 3600 controller as a node with SNMPv3 credentials.  I can see the APs added to the wireless summary view and can show both access points and clients views.  SSIDs, client IP addresses and MAC addresses appear as well as the RSSI connection time information, data rate, etc.  The client name field does not populate any information.  All rows have a blank/zero value.

Any advice y'all?

Phil, are you able to get resolution of these IPs from the Orion server? If you do nslookup on the sever does it resolve them correctly? Do you have other controllers or APs in your network were this is working correctly?
