Can I see a detailed log of high CPU Alert logs?

When the CPU's threshold is reached, I'm curious about the detailed cause.

In the attached capture above, it's just a status log.

How can i check?

If not, which module should I use?

The current configuration is "NPM12.5, SRM, SAM, NTA, DPA".

Out of the box NPM isn't going to be gathering those detailed "why" datapoints, but with SAM I built a powershell template a while back that I use to track the top processes on Windows servers.
