Device sending traps to solarwinds but can not find it

Hello,

 

We have to slowly putting snmp traps on our network device and while doing this I noticed in solarwinds we keep getting an snmp trap from a device that is not added into solarwinds.  When I try to add it I can not find it because it is a private dhcp address. Anyone have any idea how I can find what device is sending snmp traps to solarwinds when all I have is an IP address?

You will need to have the Trap Messages sent out from the Device's Originating IP, otherwise Orion will be unable to determine the device sending the message. What is the Device's Vendor and Model? You may need to configure your device to use a specified Interface.
