Feature Request: Report Writer from web

We would like to see the Orion Report Writer application functionality built into the web user interface of Orion NPM rather than have it only available via Win32 app on the server. We would like to design reports and export to multiple formats from the web interface itself. Please reference trouble ticket 285613.
