Using toolset with Orion Web Page Maps

I noticed that since I am trying out the Engineer's toolset that when I right-click on a device anywhere on the home page or Top ten page on the Orion Web page I will get a list of tools to use from my Engineer's edition toolset. However this does not happen if I right-click on a device in a map. Is there a way to change that so when I open a map on the Orion web page I can just right click on the device that is in the map and be able to run the engineers toolset from there?
