It looks like we inadvertently did an support pack upgrade to SQL Express this morning that has broken NPM. Is there a way to roll back the upgrade?
Whats strange, is that it was working for a few minutes after the server came back up before it died.
I would recommend that you open a Support ticket. This is probably not a great issue for Thwack.
