95% percentile on average resp time

hello,

how did it happened that the 95% percentile in my "AVERAGE RESPONSE TIME AND PACKET LOSS GRAPH" is even HIGHER than any of the bar graph?

shouldnt it be just below the 5% highest within the sampled period?
