Great, its been found. Is there something in Orion to fix it??
this needs to be fixed in SQL.
run maintenance on the database
set up a job to run the database maintenace at least once a week
when it does the maintenance it will re-index and de-frag your tables.
should be doing this before each backup of the database anyway.
