Feature Request: Event Log's

Hi,

I would like the ability to make a component go down if a specific event log is found and only come up again until another specific event log was found.

I dont know if you need use-cases for this...

But I'll name one of them....

we have email stores going up and down, under certaint circumstances this can happen for a short amount of time and an eventlog will be written that the store is reachable again. if we dont have that functionality to make it go up and down with it, we have to check manually everytime.
