Currently planned to migrate from one DC to another. Can I do an as-is vm to vm migration. Please note that there are changes in IP addresses for all modules in new DC.

You to do backup data base and install all modulos in a new machine restore databese. The modules need are same version of the old server. You need stop the license with license manager , and use this tools for active in new server.

Why would you need to reinstall if just the IP of the Server changes? This should be updated in the SQL DB when the services start up. Just move the existing Application Server to the new DataCenter and move the SQL Server if needed.

maybe I did not understand correctly how the migration is planned.
