Thanks Mark - a fairly critical piece of infomation I omitted sorry....

Error reads:

Oops something went wrong!

Either the site is offline or an unhandled error occurred. We apologize and have logged the error. Please try your request again or if you know who your site administrator is let them know too.

I just tried it again and received the same message.

There was a missing file in the Light themes that caused this. You should be able to submit now.

According to the contest rules, I'm not eligible anyway - the rules state residents of the US only :-(
