Issue with UnDP populating gauge in NPM.

I have 4 pollers /  3 transforms setup up for monitoring a UPS at one of our locations as gauges in NPM.

upsBatteryTemperature---->BatteryTemperature (CtoF)

upsEstimatedMinutesRemaining---->HoursRemaining (/60)

upsSecondsOnBattery---->DischargeTime (/3600)

ChargeRemaining

They all worked at one point, but now 2 of them don't show any data.

I get the message "No pollers assigned or no statistic results. Click edit button to change universal device poller assignment!"

1. I have verified that the poller is pulling data from the node by testing it in the Orion Universal Device Poller.
2. I have verified that the poller / transform is assigned to the node.
3. I have verified that the poller / transform is configured for web display on my view as a gauge.

What am I missing here?

I removed the pollers and added them back and no change. Not sure how this could be caused by an IP change if some of the pollers still work.

It does seem to be related to the transforms.

Converting Celsius to Fahrenheit for example.

The information shows up if I configure the gauge to look at upsBatteryTemperature, but not if I configure it to look at the transform. The transform tests fine in the UnDP app.

So I finally figured out the issue.

SolarWinds NPM Online Help

"Note: All pollers defined as elements in a poller transform must use the same Polling Interval. If you are using the selected Universal Device Poller as one element in a poller transform, confirm that it is using the same Polling Interval as all other pollers in the transform."

My transforms were set to a different Polling Interval 10 v 1 than the referenced element.
