Component "Job Scheduler v2: Average Execution Delay" for application "Orion Server" on node "XXX" is in a critical state

I keep getting this Event every 10 minutes in NPM.

Tried to "reset" the JobEngine35.sdf without any luck.

Running 5239 elements in NPM v10.6 on a 2008R2 64bit server with 48GB RAM, polling completion says 99,99 and polling rate is 45% of max.

Any suggestions?

Are you also running NCM (7.2)? If so, do we see any completion errors there?

Running NCM 7.2.1 on the same server with no errors.

NCM would be the usual culprit. If NCM jobs are executing fine, let's have support take a look: http://www.solarwinds.com/support/
