greater than the threshold of 2%

Question

hello,

i just dont understand why iam getting the following in the last 25 events

interface f0/24 of node A has transmit utilization of 31 % which is greater than the threshhold of 2%....

where did it get that 2%.. i didnt configure any..or where could i see this parameter..

Hi,

Could you check which type of event it is? You can filter by type the Events view to figure this out or run the following SQL Query:

SELECT N.Caption, E.EventTime, E.EventType, E.Message FROM Events AS E
INNER JOIN Nodes AS N ON N.NodeID = E.NetworkNode
WHERE N.Caption = 'NameOfYourNode'

You will have to put the name of your node in the where condition for N.Caption = something .

If the EventType is equal to 5000 or 5001, this means it has been generated by an Alert.

Review the alert that generated this message and check if the title is configured properly.

If the EventType is different than 5000 or 5001, please let us know what it is. You can map it with the EventTypes table entries.
