Delayed Alert ???

I have Orion monitoring my routers. Many times, depending on carriers, etc. a link will go down and come right back up. I want to keep being notified during the workday of ups/downs, but I would like to have it only alert me "after hours" if the node has been down for 30 minutes or more. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!
