When will NEW SP be generated

I already have SP2 and there are still a lot of bugs on this and I would like to know when the ne SP will be released or is this not happening until the new version of Orion comes out? Could someone look into this and let us know as soon as we figure this out? The public is looking?

We are working on an SP3. It should be out in the next few weeks.

Would it be possible to put more effort into the QA of the updates? I have yet to run any HotFix/SP that doesn't completely get hosed. Of the 8 pollers I run, I have to re-run the update at 5 times on half of them before they "take". (Right now, I'm trying to patch with SP2 and it simply does not work.)

If you can tell us what specific issues you are still having with SP2 we can let you know if these are scheduled to be included in SP3.

Can you provide more info on the issues you have had with installing the service packs? We are not aware of problems with getting this installed.

Apologies on the delay - basically, trying to intall service packs on anything but the primary poller is a crapshoot. Some SP/HFs are better than others but, for example, the 8.5.1 SP2 simply doesn't install at all on non-primary pollers in my shop. I'll run the setup, it'll shut down the poller if I haven't already, then it gives an error about not find a directory and exits. On previous hot fixes, I've seen this behavior and have applied repeatedly until it takes. Sometimes I'm lucky and it takes on the first go. Sometimes I'm not so luck and it takes 3 - 5 attempts before it "sticks" for whatever reason. Of my secondary pollers (6 total), 3 or 4 of them have issues with the upgrade even though they're all the same OS, same patching, same [fill in the blank.] Also, it's not the same pollers each time that have an issue - it seems totally arbitrary.

For SP2, I tried about 5 times on my first secondary poller and simply gave up.
