Issue on NPM Orion Install

Question

I am trying to install NPM 11.5.3 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and am getting an error while 'Installing Orion Core Services'  The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.

I have had NPM eval version insatlled on this machine 2 years ago with no issues.  It has since been uninstalled .

Any ideas, would be helpful.

Are you logged in as a local admin not a domain admin with local rights?

You make all windows´s  updetes ?

and install all requirements. ?
