I've got a situation where I need to import a variable from an external CURL script into Orion. The data will be a single number that I'd like to import for track/chart purposes.
The external process can transfer a .txt file to the Orion server (into a directory of choosing) but the trouble is how do I get this data into Orion on a regular interval (say every hour)?
I've setup several UdPs on our system but this doesn't really conform to this import method does it????
Any suggestion or advise???
