Problem Of Solarwinds Orion NPM

Hi,

     There is a bit of problems in our core switch（cisco 3560E） during the recent traffic monitoring. Every day there is always some other breakpoints, and flow value is very small;As shown in Figure 1;

I would like to ask whether this Is a BUG of SolarWinds Orion NPM? Or there is some problems with my 3560?

     Another question, In the 3560 of the interface every day there will be loads of transmit discards; As shown in Figure 2;

But after the test I find every 10000 ICMP packet can maintain 0 packet loss.

Someone experienced a similar situation？

(ps: Statistics collection Every 5 minutes;traffic graph interval every 10 minutes)

I can comment on the second question -

Transmit discard doesn't have anything to do with the ping results. The transmit discard is an indication either the interface has speed/duplex problem with the device connected to it, or the device connected to that interface is not accepting the packets as fast as your 3560 sending them.
