Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
CPU Load and Memory Utilization for Linux
jmcgowan
Like every other Orion user monitoring Linux boxes, I’m hoping there’s an alternate MIB that I can install. I’ve searched the forum and found that even Solarwinds engineering doesn’t have an answer.
The freeware product Big Brother does a fine job of monitoring CPU load. It just isn’t as pretty as Orion.
I’m running Orion version 7.0.5. Any advice would be most appreciated.

You probably already know this, but version 7.2 includes the appropriate MIB to monitor CPU, etc. on *nix boxes.

Does someone have a sample snmpd.conf file for net-snmp that we can use?
Thanks!
