Node Details cannot show details after upgrade from 9.0 to 9.1 SP4

I have created a ticket for this issue but unfortunately my assigned solarwind tech support still working on it. I have attached here the screen shot. Also, same error exist when while trying to see the node details. I need this web console to be operational as soon as possible.

Hi,

Could you try to update the Report Schemas and see if that helps?

Open the Custom Property Editor tool
Right click on a blank grey area of the Toolbar, and go to ‘Customize..’
Click the Commands tab
Under the “Commands” section, scroll down and find the “Update Report Schemas” button. Drag this to your Toolbar and click on it.

Thank you for responding but it doesn't resolved it. I attached another screenshot on node details error. I think it is related to website but Im not sure though. PLEASE HELP

neilmborilla, please get me the case # and we'll look into the status of this.

Case #80913 . Garrison from solarwind tech support assisted me on this and recommend that this issue was due to database. I have consulted our DBA for this case and he stands that it wasn't the database because as he check the database box it has only 50% utilization. But we will try to install a dedicated SQL server for specific orion use only as Garrison recommendation and from there we will continue our troubleshooting.

Please share if you have any other idea that could help me resolved this.
