Admin menu bar will not take effect after changing from default to admin menu bar

The changes you are making, is that for the current logged on user? And are there reports in the reports folder?
Are these problems just limited to one user or is it multiple users? If it's just one user, does the user belong to an AD group as well which also has access to the Solarwinds server?
this issue was resolved, we just reload the security rights on AD
