Error when trying to add new interfaces/nodes

Greetings all...

As of late, I am having issues adding new nodes and or interfaces into Orion. When I try to do this, I get the following error in a window.

"Run-time error '35602': Key is not unique in collection".

After I hit OK on this error, it boots me out of System Manager.

Has anyone else ran into this problem??

Hi,
Yes I am getting this problem also just after adding a new switch on. I only get this when adding a Cisco Gigabit switch on to the list of monitored devices.

Did you find any resolution to this?
