Issue with new install of NPM

Hello all,

I am new to Orion, so please be kind to the newb. I recently downloaded and installed v10.1.3 NPM for a 30-day evaluation. It is installed on a Windows 2003 server with the default settings. There were no error messages during the install, but I am getting quite a few error messages on the home page. For instance, when I go to the Manage Nodes link, I get the following error:

The Orion website is currently unable to display this page. Orion polling and alerting services often continue running, though this page cannot be displayed. Please take the following steps to attempt to alleviate the issue:

Log in to the website again and navigate to another Orion page, allowing you to isolate the error to this page.
Ensure the Orion services are still running.
Check that your SQL Server is still running and accessible.
Please notify SolarWinds of this error. We will address and help you fix the issue.

Your specific error is:

The type initializer for 'SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Common.CustomPropertyMgr' threw an exception.

I have completed the steps suggested by the error, but am still having the issue. Since I'm in the evaluation period, I'm guessing that I have very minimal support. Has anyone else seen this error? Thanks in advance for any assistance given.

Have you tried to run the configuration Wizard?(start-->All Programs-->SolarWinds Orion-->Configuration and Auto-Discovery-->Configuration Manger)

If not ,I would recommend to do so.

Yes, but thanks for the suggestion. I have gotten in contact with Solar Winds' tech support and they are analyzing logs. I'll keep this post updated with their findings and my results.

Were you ever able to resolve this?

I currently have a ticket open about the same issue -- trying to see if someone has run into this before. I have also tried running update schema and re-running the config manager and neither option seem to have made a difference.

I am able to discovery nodes, but when I try to add I get the same error mentioned in this thread.
