Unreadable Labels

I am adding a new device in Universal Device Poller and I came across where a label that is not human readable. This is what I get...

Is there anyway to make this readable? I tried searching through another part of the MIB tree and this is the only OID I can use to get this label. It's suppose to be an IP address.
