what the impacted this ??
I running configuration wizard and resolver
I Will to know, where I see the log file.
Broken connection to the database is usually the culprit
Have you rebooted yet? Thats what I would do, don't even mess around with just restarting services
This usually means that the time is out of sync or timezones are different between the poller and the SQL database server.
So we have a problem this 5 days ago.
thats 2 days ago according to your screen shot
Where I can see the log file. ????
The Poller is obviously up since the last database update was 5 seconds ago. The issue as I stated above appears to be a clock sync issue between the poller and the SQL server.
It doesn't matter...the connection between the app and db was broken by something like a link or switch failure...the of course connection needs to be reestablished and metadata reloaded...if a restart has not been attempted it should be the first thing to try
This is one of the potential many reasons solarwinds advises that you do not reboot the DB server unless mandatory for patches, etc.
Im curious to know if this problem is solved yet?
I running the confguration wizard and resolved.
