Unexpected Website Error

Greetings,

We are seeing this error typically when there is an inactivity period between using NPM. I've been able to click on the 'Return to Home' option located within the error and my session resumes as normal.

Our accounts are setup to allow us stay logged in indefinitely. In other words, the 'Disable Timeout Session' is set to Yes. We are using NPM v10.

Again, this is more or less a nagging issue; the error randomly presents itself when normally there is an inactivity period. I would like to be able to keep my existing session open indefinitely as I monitor on/off around the clock.

Any insight/guidance would be appreciated,
