Session Timeout on Web Interface - NPM 8.5

Question

Hi,

I am running SolarWinds NPM version 8.5. I have a Network Map on our NOC display that I would like to stay logged in. It appears since we upgraded to version 8.5 that the web page times out and we have to reauthenticate. Is there a way around this? It looks like the default session timeout max is 1440 minutes in the web settings.

Right - the session timeout is from the last page you load. If the page is reloading every 5 minutes, then your session won't timeout.

Tim, are you saying that the "auto reload" feature keeps the session going indefinitely?  Maybe that would explain why we have a timeout set but it never times us out.
