Graphing Custom MIBs

Is there a way to properly display the scale in custom MIB graphs? For example, if I poll our APC UPS for remaining run time (1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.2.3) and have the value type set to raw and the type to time ticks, I get an answer in the form of hours:minutes:seconds. I have it set to keep historical stats as well. When I click on the value in the web interface, the graph changes to some scale where the values are in the 80,000's - I have no idea what the units are.
