Good morning! I have a "License*Evaluation Expired" message under License Details in my Web Console. I am correctly licensed for NPM and NCM so I'm not sure what License I need for: Module NameOrion PlatformVersion2015.1.0 I opened a case with SolarWinds support but haven't gotten an answer back yet. Any help would be appreciated, specifically, what license do I need to make that error go away! thanks!

Orion License Expired

Good morning! I have a "License*Evaluation Expired" message under License Details in my Web Console.

I am correctly licensed for NPM and NCM so I'm not sure what License I need for:

Module Name	Orion Platform
Version	2015.1.0

I opened a case with SolarWinds support but haven't gotten an answer back yet.

Any help would be appreciated, specifically, what license do I need to make that error go away!

Two things I can suggest:

1. Sign into your customer portal at Customer Portal Login | SolarWinds and see if you have any licenses that haven't been activated yet.

2. Log into your Solar Winds server desktop (not the web interface), run the licensing tool from there and run through the actication of your licenses again.

If neither of those work, you should hear back from support today (or you could call them, have your customer number [SW#####] and case number handy).

In addition to clubjuggle‌ suggestions, once you're in the SolarWinds License Manager, tick the boxes next to your products and click ''Synchronise' from the options to the right. This should re-sync your install with the activation servers.

Generally speaking though, if your licenses are activated in the Customer Portal, check that they're registered to the correct computer by clicking 'view details' next to REGISTERED for the relevant license. If you have a large number of SolarWinds licenses, and you have more then one user with access to the portal, the license you thought you had reserved for your server may have been applied elsewhere by mistake.
