Recently Upgraded to Orion Version 8.5. Alerts were working fine in privious version and thought they were working in the new version till a switch went bad and servers were no longer able to be contacted. We have about 30 Alerts monitoring servers sending e-mails to a group if there is a problem. No one received the e-mails. I've looked at the alerts and they look fine but even the test will not send a e-mail to the group. I can change the group out and put a single e-mail address do a test and it works. I just recreated a new alert and put the group and still nothing. I have tested the group outside of Solarwinds and everyone receives the test.
The Alerts are very simple the one I'm testing with is just Server up or down
How can I fix this?
