Basic Alerts: Receive Errors - Can't clear, and showing negative errors

I set up basic alerts to monitor for receive and send errors on my T1 interfaces.

 

I received an alert last night on one circuit in particular.

 

This morning, I cleared the counters on the router, and now I have an alert showing NEGATIVE errors.  

 

When I click on the alerts tab in NPM, the check box to acknowledge the alert is greyed out, and I have no way (that I can see) to make it go away.

 

Recommendations?

1. What NPM version did you use?

2. Can you share what alert condition did you use?

3. Do you have admin rights or at least right to acknowledge an alert or an event?

4. Can you rediscover the interface?
