RC10 vs version 10

Last week, I've uppgraded to RC 10 of ONPM. Do I need to installe now the "official" version ?

It depends on which RC you upgraded to. RC3 ended up being the GA build so if that is what you upgraded to then no. If you were on RC1 or RC2 then yes you need to upgrade.
